What does it mean?
This is the width measured horizontally across the chest area of the front of the top. It is a different value from the chest circumference of the body or the overall circumference of clothing.
Remember to differentiate
The garment circumference is roughly twice the flat width, but the actual ease depends on stretch and cut.
